Welcome to the Compatriot’s Companion! The official newsletter of the National Ladies Auxiliary SAR. The inaugural name, “The Compatriot’s Companion” represents the very role each of us as Auxiliary members fill.  Alongside our compatriots, we are constant companions; by their side, ever-supporting and ever-loving. Enjoy the stories of Colonial Companions who supported the revolutionary cause in colonial times.

Please identify NLA Auxiliary in subject line. Send articles preferably in Word document and send photos as JPGs (no PDFs) in their original size as an attachment only.

Auxiliaries may submit one article per issue, 50 to 100 words with up to three photos. Photos need to be good quality, high-resolution and be sure to add a brief caption with each photo.

The editor will select which articles and photos to publish based upon space available.
